GWG Clarifies Separation of Russell Berman

Minneapolis, MN March 18, 2008 – Great West Growth, LLC separated from its former President and Chief Operating Officer, Russell Berman in October of 2007. The separation was in no way related to any regulatory issues in Florida or any other jurisdiction. The state of Florida’s action against Great West Growth arose out of actions that pre-dated Mr. Berman’s tenure with the company. Any previously published statements to the contrary were inaccurately reported.
